LIMITED RETAIL WARRANTY

Hellwig Steel Suspension Products are guaranteed for the life of the vehicle which the unit is originally installed on against defects either in material or workmanship. Warranty does not cover labor for removal or installation of any part, replacement or original, nor is implied in any way whatsoever. Any defects and/or broken parts will be replaced provided the part or parts found defective are returned transportation charges prepaid, to the factory for inspection.

Merchandise Returns

DROP SHIPS:
No returns are accepted after sixty (60) days from original shipping date from HPCI. A returned good authorization (RGA) number must be obtained from HPCI and accompany all parts returned. All RGA numbers are valid for thirty (30) days from date of issue. All product must have the original packaging with all tags and stickers attached for credit only. A repackaging fee of 20% will be charged on merchandise returned. Any parcels turned around will be deducted from your credit. Please submit your request using our automated RGA System.

STOCK ADJUSTMENT:
No stock adjustment returns are accepted after 12 months after a customer's initial purchases of HPCI products, will the customer be eligible to exchange slow-moving stock. A 2-for-1 offsetting order is required, or a 20% restocking charge is applied to the return, A repacking fee of 10% may be applied if repacking is required. Please submit your request using our automated RGA System.


We will not accept returned merchandise without a Return Material Authorization (RGA) number. Returns received without authorization will not be processed for refund or exchange.

1. Create a Request for RGA by logging in to our RMA website. If you do not have an account yet, please click Create an Account and provide accurate information such as name, shipping address and a valid email address.

2. Please provide a detailed description of the reason for returning the product. All drop ships is required to have a valid PO number upon request.
All stock adjustments must enter in the PO section the location it's returning from, not the PO number.

3. We will review your request within 2 business days, do not send your item until you have received an RGA Number. You will receive a notification email when your RGA Request is approved. You can also log in to our system anytime to check the status of your request.

4. Credit will be issued at prices, prevailing at the date of original purchase and may be deducted from customer's remittance in the month following date of issuance of our credit memo.

5. Upon receiving an RGA Number, login to our website to print your RGA form and packaging slip. Then ship your item and please make sure to include the RGA form and write the RGA Number on the outside of the box, as this will help speed up the process

6. You can monitor the status of your return (24x7) by logging into our website.
